Nourish your mind and body with three days of yoga, wholesome food, hiking, meditation, and journaling. Stay in a beautiful and spacious home in Ojai, California, with the mountains at your fingertips. Dive into a consistent yoga practice to allow for clarity and strength. Connect and adventure with other inspiring humans, in nature's lush playground. And carve out time to relax, roam, or work on creative projects on your own.

who this retreat is for:
This retreat is for anyone who wants to find space in their life, in their body, and in their mind.
It is for individuals, friends, couples, or loved ones, for both the advanced and the beginner yogi, for retreat junkies, retreat newbies, and even for people who want to take a vacation that doesn't leave them drained or hungover, but enlivened and inspired. It is for folks who want to spend time with new, likeminded friends, for those who want to get lost in nature, or even for people who desire the time and space to do the things they love, like writing, reading, exploring downtown, or relaxing on the patio.
Morning and evening yoga classes (six total) - there will be a blend of vinyasa classes, as well as mellow, bliss-inducing evening classes; meditation sessions followed by prompted journaling; a led hike; free time to roam, read, nap, visit the cute town of Ojai, or work on passion projects.
(We hope to include an optional, afternoon trip to the natural hot springs. The local springs have been purged due to recent fires/flooding, but in the event they are restored, we will coordinate a trip to soak in Mother Nature's bathtub.)
All described activities are optional- individualize your own weekend of restoration!
Arrive between 4-5pm, Thursday, May 3; depart 11am, Sunday, May 6.
cost & payment options
$775 per person. Includes all yoga classes, meals, accommodations, and planned activities.
If you prefer to pay in installments, a $275 non-refundable deposit will hold you space. The remaining $500 is due prior to April 3rd. (To pay the deposit only, simply click the link below and change the amount to reflect $275. I will email you a payment reminder in late March.)

Rest and unwind in a beautiful home in Ojai. All rooms are shared (triples or quads), with the exception of one queen room, which is available for a couple or two friends (first pair to book and request this room can claim it, at no additional cost).
Though accommodations are shared, the home is spacious and offers many rooms (including a beautiful library, a family room, and a den)- along with plenty of outdoor areas- where you can retreat and find additional solace.
All meals, from Thursday dinner to Sunday brunch, are included, and will be prepared by our in-house, whole foods chef. Every meal and snack will be gluten and dairy free, and we will strive to accommodate any food sensitivities you may have (please reach out upon booking).
Emma Patrick is a yogi, personal trainer, nature addict, and passionate whole foods chef. Her focus revolves around creating meals that nourish her guests from the inside, out. Emma will be joining us in Ojai, feeding the tribe, and sharing her love for wellness, pure food, community, and the great outdoors.
Guests are responsible for their transportation to and from Ojai, though am happy to share carpooling options upon request.
